For years now, your neighbors have been disputing Developer’s plans to build a 1,300-foot driveway that is 12 feet wide with Developer claiming a 20-foot right of way on either side. Developer has repeatedly applied to Wilton’s Inland Wetlands Commission that he has the “right” to build this 52-foot-wide road from Mountain Road to his property 1,300 feet north.
